1. INTRODUCTION
Dyvron Technologies Inc. ("Dyvron", "we", "us", or "our"), headquartered in Canada, is the developer and operator of the Dyvron application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. Dyvron is built on a "Privacy by Design" and "Offline-First" paradigm: our architecture is Peer-to-Peer (P2P), and we do not use centralized servers or databases to store, process, or monitor your personal communications, in compliance with PIPEDA (Canada), the GDPR (Europe), and the LGPD (Brazil).
2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT (ZERO HONEYPOTS)
Our central servers do not collect, store, or intercept:
- Data about you: name, e-mail address, or your phone number.
- The content of your text messages.
- Media files (photos, audio, videos, or chunks of media).
- Your local encryption keys.
- Real-time Geolocation Logs: even when using the proximity radar or safety alert features, we do not collect, track, aggregate, or store GPS coordinates or precise physical location on our central servers. All location broadcasts are ephemeral and transmitted point-to-point between trusted devices. (For advertising relevance only, an approximate region is derived from your IP on your device — see Section 3.)
All communication data is routed peer-to-peer and encrypted end-to-end (E2EE), residing exclusively on your device.
3. DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS
- Network Topology Data: ephemeral IP addresses, port numbers, and generated pseudonymous Node IDs, processed dynamically to build the communication tree. We cannot identify you from this data.
- Approximate Region for Advertising Relevance (processed on-device): the App derives your approximate location (country, and where available, state/region and city) from your device's IP address, via a third-party provider (ipwho.is) over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The result is stored and used locally to decide which ads are shown; it is not transmitted to our central servers and is never linked to your identity.
- Transactional Data (Premium Mode): we process App Store/Google Play receipt tokens to validate your purchase and issue an offline, cryptographically signed digital license to your device.
- Voluntary Contact Information: if you contact support, we retain your email and message solely to resolve your inquiry.
4. PROXIMITY AND SAFETY FEATURES (Safe-Mesh)
When you enable proximity or safety alerts, the App transmits an encrypted beacon through our P2P tree. E2EE Broadcast: only trusted nodes you explicitly authorized can decrypt your location status. No Central Tracking: intermediate routing nodes cannot decipher your beacon or monitor your location.
5. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (GDPR & LGPD)
- Performance of a Contract: to connect you with peers and deliver Premium features.
- Legitimate Interests: to maintain network stability, identify routing issues, show relevant advertising, and prevent fraud in our licensing system.
6. DATA SHARING, THIRD PARTIES & SUB-PROCESSORS
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Because our servers do not store your communication logs, we cannot share them. Processors used strictly to operate the service:
- ipwho.is — to derive an approximate region from your device's IP for ad relevance (processed on your device).
- Our error-monitoring provider — to receive anonymous crash/diagnostic reports (no message content, media, contacts, keys, or identity).
- Apple App Store / Google Play — solely to verify Premium subscriptions.
- Hosting and network providers — e.g., DigitalOcean (network-coordination servers, located in Canada) and Cloudflare (our website).
We may disclose limited data to comply with valid legal obligations or court orders in Canada. Some providers may process data outside your country; we apply data minimization.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION (RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN)
Your data is stored locally on your device; you have full control.
- To delete your chat history and media: delete the messages in the App or uninstall Dyvron.
- To revoke transactional data: contact us to delete support emails or Premium licensing logs tied to your Node ID.
8. CHILDREN AND MINORS
Dyvron supports a Parental Control mode. A minor may only join through an invitation authorized by a responsible adult, who configures a parental PIN on the minor's device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children and do not centrally store the identity or communications of any user. Parents/guardians control the minor's participation and may remove it by uninstalling the App.
9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Under PIPEDA, GDPR, and LGPD, you may access, rectify, restrict, or erase your personal data. Because we do not centrally store it, the most effective way to exercise erasure is to uninstall the app. For any requests, contact us at contact@dyvron.com.
